What does Kestravo actually do each day?+
It watches employer career sites and licensed job-board feeds for the seat you sell into — a practice hiring a biller, a contractor hiring an estimator, a company hiring an engineer. For every posting it verifies the employer is real, findable and the right kind of company, finds the decision-maker on the contact-data accounts we hold, writes an email grounded in that posting, and sends it from your own mailboxes once someone on your side approves it. Replies land in one place with a booking link ready. Everything up to the meeting is ours; the meeting is your team's, which is the part that closes.
Isn't this just cold email, which stopped working?+
Cold email stopped working because it was sent to people who had said nothing. A job posting is a company publicly announcing, in its own words, that it has a gap and a budget for it — so an email about that posting is a reply to something they published, not an interruption. That is the whole difference, and it is why the email can name the seat, how long it has been open and three other firms hiring the same role this fortnight. Take the posting away and we would be doing what stopped working too.
The posting is public — won't every competitor email them too?+
Some will, from a list, weeks later, with "we can fill this role". The signal is public; the speed and the specificity are not. We watch for the titles that mean budget in your market every weekday, so the email goes while the seat is still open — in some markets that window is deliberately short, because a role filled in three weeks is a pitch that had to land in the first one.
How is this different from Apollo, Clay or an outsourced SDR agency?+
Apollo and Clay give you data and a workflow; someone still has to operate them every day, and that someone is usually a person you would rather have on calls. An outsourced SDR agency takes the conversation off you too, at US$3,000 to US$8,000 a month, from their mailboxes and off a bought list — which is why their meetings so often arrive cold to your own team. Kestravo sits between the two: we start from a live hiring signal, run the whole loop and send from your own domain, and we stop at the meeting. Your people close, because they are better at it than anyone we could put in front of your client.
Why do the emails get replies when ours don't?+
Because they are about the posting, not about you. Each email cites the seat and how long it has been open; the one that opens the sequence also names up to three other firms in the same market that posted the same seat that fortnight — evidence from your own pipeline, written in by code, not by the model. It goes in one email rather than all of them on purpose: the same three names repeated down a sequence is the mail-merge tell it exists to avoid. Any draft that claims something it cannot know about the recipient is rejected before you see it. Generic "we can fill this role" emails are exactly what stopped working.
Do you send from your mailboxes or ours?+
Yours, always — the question is who provides them. The 14-day pilot runs on an outreach mailbox you already have: nothing to register, nothing to warm, sending on day one. That is the whole reason a fortnight is long enough to prove anything. If you have no outreach domain, we supply the whole set for US$299: 4 pre-warmed mailboxes across 2 domains in your name, sending at full volume on day one, and the pilot is still 14 days. We buy the warmup rather than spend your pilot waiting for it — and they are the same 4 Desk runs on, so nothing is rebuilt if you continue. From Desk onward we provide 4 outreach mailboxes across 2 domains in your name, warm them and send across all four, which is what carries the monthly volume without leaning on any one mailbox — a normal Desk month is about 14 emails a day from each. Either way your main company domain is never touched and the console refuses to send from it — cold outbound on the domain your invoices and password resets depend on is the one mistake worth never making. The domains are yours and go with you if you leave. Every domain has its own warmup schedule and daily cap, pauses itself on a bounce spike, and nothing goes out in your name until a person on your side approves it.
What do I need to bring?+
The seat you sell into, a postal address for the email footer, and someone on your side to approve drafts and take the calls. For the pilot you also bring one outreach mailbox — an address on a domain that is NOT your main company domain, with some sending history on it. If you do not have one that is fine and it is a question on the form: we supply 4 pre-warmed mailboxes across 2 domains in your name for US$299 instead of US$249. Same 14 days, same volume — mailboxes bought with sending history behind them start at full speed, where a domain warmed from scratch would spend most of your fortnight climbing. Spread across four, the pilot sends under ten emails a day from each, which is the quietest way to start a domain that will still be sending in a year. Contact data, verification and drafting are included in the plan, on data accounts we hold and pay for. If you already pay for a contact-data vendor and would rather we ran on your account, tell us and we will work out the arrangement — the monthly contact allowance would not apply.
What does the US$249 pilot include?+
14 days, one workspace, one market, operated by us. Around 300 verified companies with a live hiring signal, decision-maker contacts for them, up to 300 emails sent from an outreach mailbox you already have, a report link you can share with your team, and the weekly digest. It is a fortnight rather than a month because your mailbox already has sending history — there is no warmup to wait through. If you continue to Desk, the US$249 you paid comes off your first month.
How do I know it is working?+
Three ways, none of which need a login. A weekly digest email with the week's counts: signals found, emails sent, replies, meetings. A shareable report page with the same numbers and the week's list. And a ledger in the console that records every approved company and every booked meeting with a timestamp, which is also what your invoice is built from.
Which markets do you cover?+
Anything that hires before it buys. You can buy a pilot for five markets today: revenue-cycle and billing companies selling to US practices; construction staffing; legal staffing; HVAC field staffing; and HVAC and mechanical office staffing. Anything else — bookkeeping, logistics, managed IT, offshore engineering — is a configuration pack: US$750 once, drafted in a day and tuned with you from the first real run. Tell us the seat and we will run a real search on it before the first call.
Is the contact data compliant?+
It is business-contact data sourced from public job postings and established contact-data vendors, used for B2B outreach. Every email carries your postal address and a working opt-out, one-click unsubscribe is honoured automatically, erasure requests are processed, and a suppression record keeps a removed person from ever being re-imported.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Desk is month to month. Founding customers who take the locked price commit to twelve months at that price; everyone else can stop at any month end. Nothing is deleted if you pause — you lose access, not history.
